INITIAL Naturopathic Appointment

Your First Appointment

Start your holistic health journey with a detailed online naturopathic appointment with Valeriya. This is 1,5hr session explores your environment, long-term health history, and current body system functions, and blood tests analysis. Valeriya will explain how your symptoms are connected, and recommend tailored herbal and nutritional supplements, and dietary adjustments. The session is designed to offer personalized care to address your specific health needs. Some personalized pathology testing may be recommenced if needed.

EXTENDED Follow Up Appointment

Long Follow Up Appointment

This is a longer follow up appointment, up to 1 hour. Used if you had a long break in your consultations, have new diagnosis and or pathology results to review. Natural medicine is a little bit like art and requires time and consistency to allow your body to fully flourish and different "ingredients" may be needed at different times to support it depending on your life circumstances.

Regular Follow Up Appointment

This type of consultation is designed to monitor the progress of the treatment plan, how you are responding to the herbs/supplements/energy medicine and a review of your blood tests if such were requested at earlier appointments. Depending on how you are responding to the treatment adjustments may be made to ensure a smoother road.
