What Is N.E.T?

While initially designed to identify and address emotional or stress-related factors contributing to physical ailments, Neural Emotional Technique (NET) quickly revealed broader benefits. Early on, patients began noting improvements in the overall quality of their lives. They reported reduced stress levels, increased happiness, a greater sense of ease, and similar positive outcomes.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a scientifically supported approach aimed at releasing and resolving past traumas and unresolved stressors. By clearing these blockages, individuals can make decisions without being influenced by negative emotional experiences from the past and can establish healthier response patterns in their lives.

Our subconscious mind retains memories of traumatic emotional experiences, which significantly impact our behavior and often lead us to act based on stress response patterns. While these patterns are intended to safeguard us from harm, they can ultimately become detrimental to our well-being.

Clearing Stress Response Pathways

Stress patterns are triggered when we encounter situations reminiscent of past events that caused stress, manifesting as physical pain in specific parts of the body. Our bodies mimic the pain felt during the original event, leading to physical distress and emotional paralysis, hindering our ability to move forward.

For instance, fear of public speaking stemming from a traumatic school experience, trust issues in relationships due to past hurts, reluctance to change careers because of self-limiting beliefs, or insecurity stemming from previous traumas can all be examples of such subconscious protective mechanisms.

These issues arise as the subconscious mind aims to shield us from experiencing similar emotional and physical distress, impeding progress in our lives.

By employing muscle testing and semantic responses, Neuro Emotional Technique aims to identify and clear these learned stress response pathways. This process allows individuals to overcome current and future issues linked to these original events, facilitating personal growth and well-being.

What Happens During an NET Session

An NET session commences with you, the client, sharing the emotional stress or physical discomfort you're experiencing. Using muscle testing to discern semantic and physical responses, the practitioner identifies the root event linked to your current stress.

It's common to uncover multiple layered experiences that have accumulated over time, each influencing your learned stress responses. The practitioner systematically addresses these layers, assisting you in clearing the emotional responses tied to the original event.

During the session, the practitioner refrains from offering advice. Instead, they focus on clearing negative emotional stress responses and mindsets, empowering you to make your own informed decisions.

Upon completion of the session, clients often report feeling clearer, lighter, and more focused.
