Terms and Conditions for Naturopathic Services

1. Scope of Services

1.1. VALTALITY Naturopath Valeriya (hereinafter referred to as "the Practitioner") offers naturopathic services aimed at supporting clients in achieving optimal health and wellness.

1.2. The services provided may include, but are not limited to, consultations, assessments, dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, and other natural therapies.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, current health condition, and any ongoing treatments or medications.

2.2. The client acknowledges that naturopathic care is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment and agrees to continue consulting with their primary healthcare provider as necessary.

3. Appointment Booking and Payment

3.1 All appointments for naturopathic services must be booked in advance.

3.2 Payment for appointments must be made at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled appointment date.

3.3 Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, online payment platform PayPal.

3.4 Failure to complete the payment at least one (1) day before the appointment will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. 4.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

4.3 Rescheduling of appointments made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be processed within 7 business days.

5.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

5.3 In the event that the naturopathic practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Late Arrivals

6.1 Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments.

6.2 Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, at the discretion of the practitioner, and may be subject to additional fees.

7. No-Show Policy

7.1 Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit the prepaid amount and will not be eligible for a refund.

7.2 Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other forms of communication.

8.2 Clients are encouraged to review these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. The Practitioner agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and records in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9.2. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

10. Liability and Disclaimer

10.1. The client acknowledges that the results of naturopathic treatments may vary and are not guaranteed.

10.2. The Practitioner shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the client's use of naturopathic services, products, or recommendations.

10.3. The client assumes full responsibility for their health decisions and agrees to consult with their primary healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or conditions.

11. Termination of Services

11.1. The Practitioner reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in inappropriate behaviour, fails to comply with the terms and conditions, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

11.2. The client may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the Practitioner.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the National Regulation and Accreditation Scheme (NRAS) via the Australian Health Practitioner Authority (AHPRA).

12.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the National Regulation and Accreditation Scheme (NRAS) via the Australian Health Practitioner Authority (AHPRA).

13. Amendments and Updates

13.1. The Practitioner reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

13.2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to clients in writing or through the Practitioner's website.
