Terms and Conditions for Naturopathic Services

1. Scope of Services

1.1. VALTALITY Naturopath Valeriya (hereinafter referred to as "the Practitioner") offers naturopathic services aimed at supporting clients in achieving optimal health and wellness.

1.2. The services provided may include, but are not limited to, consultations, assessments, dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, and other natural therapies.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, current health condition, and any ongoing treatments or medications.

2.2. The client acknowledges that naturopathic care is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment and agrees to continue consulting with their primary healthcare provider as necessary.

3. Consultations and Appointments

3.1. Consultations with the Practitioner are scheduled by appointment only.

3.2. The client agrees to arrive punctually for scheduled appointments and provide advance notice of any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. The client agrees to pay the fees for naturopathic services as outlined in the fee schedule provided by the Practitioner.

4.2. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Practitioner agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and records in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5.2. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

6.1. The client acknowledges that the results of naturopathic treatments may vary and are not guaranteed.

6.2. The Practitioner shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the client's use of naturopathic services, products, or recommendations.

6.3. The client assumes full responsibility for their health decisions and agrees to consult with their primary healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or conditions.

7. Termination of Services

7.1. The Practitioner reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in inappropriate behaviour, fails to comply with the terms and conditions, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

7.2. The client may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the Practitioner.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the National Regulation and Accreditation Scheme (NRAS) via the Australian Health Practitioner Authority (AHPRA).

8.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the National Regulation and Accreditation Scheme (NRAS) via the Australian Health Practitioner Authority (AHPRA).

9. Amendments and Updates

9.1. The Practitioner reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to clients in writing or through the Practitioner's website.

10. Agreement

10.1. By engaging the services of the Practitioner, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
